What Safe Looks Like
SSL encryption. That little padlock in your browser. Click it, see the certificate details.
Clear company information. Name, ABN, address, phone, email. All of it. Verify the ABN on the government website.
Complete policies. Terms and conditions, privacy policy, shipping policy, refund policy. All there, all readable.
Reliable delivery. Tracking number provided. Known couriers. Discreet packaging. Age verification on delivery.
Responsive support. Email them. Call them. See how they respond. Legitimate businesses respond within 24-48 hours.
