Everywhere in Australia. Seriously. From Sydney CBD to the most remote outback communities. If Australia Post can get there, so can we.
Major cities like Sydney and Melbourne: 2-3 business days usually. Regional areas: 4-5 days. Remote communities: 7-10 days, depending on access.
The Options
Standard shipping: 3-5 days, $9.95. Express: 1-2 days to metro, plus $15. Orders over $200 get free standard shipping. No code needed. It just applies.
Here’s a tip: order before 11AM on weekdays, we dispatch same day. Order after that, it goes out next business day. Weekend orders process Monday morning.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. Click the link, see exactly where your package is. Most couriers update daily.
If the tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t got it, check with neighbours first. Sometimes couriers leave packages in safe spots. If it’s truly missing, give us a buzz. We’ll sort it out.
Signature Required
Yeah, someone needs to sign for the package. That’s the age verification requirement. If you’re not home, the courier leaves a card. You can pick up from the local post office within 10 days.
