📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days to all major Australian cities. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is also available.

Do you ship to my area?

Yes! We ship to all Australian states and territories including NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, ACT, and NT.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $10 AUD. FREE shipping on all orders over $200 AUD.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 11:00 AM AEST (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders after 11AM or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes, all orders are shipped in plain boxes with no product details visible on the outside.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of tobacco products, we generally do not accept returns. Exceptions are made for damaged, wrong, or defective products.
