We ship to all Australian states and territories:

  • Northern Territory (NT)

We do NOT ship internationally or to persons under 18 years of age.

🚚 Shipping Options and Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $10 AUD, 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: $15 AUD, 2-3 business days
  • FREE Shipping: On all orders over $200 AUD

⏰ Dispatch Times

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 11:00 AM AEST (Monday-Friday)

– Orders placed after 11:00 AM or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day

– Public holidays may affect dispatch times

🏠 Delivery Issues

If you are not home:

Australia Post will leave a collection card. You can pick up your package from the local post office or arrange re-delivery.

If package is damaged:

Do not accept delivery. Contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement.
